MSGT Donald L Hancock passed away May 23 2021.He was 85. Born to Tony J and Bessie Hancock. He grew up spending a lot of time outdoors. He joined the US Air Force after high school and served his country honorably attaining many medals, commendations and citations. Upon retirement he worked in banking, electronic and aerospace industries. He continued a life long passion for education attaining several advanced degrees. He is survived by his widow Incha Hancock, his sons, stepdaughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 Hwy 277 S in Abilene. Visitation will be from 10 am until the time of service on Tuesday. Interment with Military Honors will be at 2 PM at Texas State Veteran’s Cemetery.
