Easton Allen Wood, infant, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014 in Abilene, TX. Funeral services will be 10:00a.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in the Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 Hwy 277 South. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery, Hawley, TX under the direction of Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Easton was born on January 8, 2014 in Abilene to Chad Allen “Jake” Wood and Lacy Ann Sartor. Although his time here with us was short, he made a lasting impression on our hearts.
Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Tony and Thelma Wood; and his maternal great-grandfather, Clifford Riley Jordan.
Survivors include his father, Chad Allen “Jake” Wood; his mother, Lacy Ann Sartor; his maternal grandparents, Len and Brenda Hitch; his maternal great-grandmother, Mary Pauline Jordan; two uncles, Jimmy Price and wife, Courtney and Terry Price and wife, Kirstin; two aunts, Mickey Dierks and husband, Jason and Brandy Wolken and husband, Chip; numerous cousins and other family members.
