Mr. Gary Raughton

A visitation service will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2012, at Maxwell Municipal Golf Course, South 32nd Street, Abilene. Arrangements were made by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory, Abilene.

Gary was born May 26, 1944 to Earl and Eileen Raughton in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Wylie High School.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sons, Steve Raughton and wife, Melissa of Kerrville, Texas and Greg Raughton and wife, Sharla, of Abilene; a daughter, Jennifer Reagan-Raughton of Abilene; grandchildren, Dustin and Jennifer Cooper of Kerrville, Macoy and Maggie Raughton of Abilene, and Alex Reagan of Abilene; great-granddaughter, Julia Cooper; brother, Mike Raughton and wife, Evelynn; sister, Pam Raughton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
