George was my Mother's next door neighbor for many years on Blackburn Road. I visited with him often there, sharing stories of where he'd lived, things he had done and his adventures with Mattie and Sam. Last year, I renewed our friendship when I ran into him at Wisteria while visiting my in-laws . I'll miss seeing him and his welcoming smile.
