Uncle Jerry was born on 2 February 1943 to Frank and Mildred Hines Kreitner. Jerry was learning disabled since birth but lived a life full of joy, love and happiness. He would wake every morning singing along to his favorite songs on his boombox. His sly smile was infectious and would make you wonder what he was actually thinking behind those bright eyes of his. He loved music, radios, headphones, batteries, and fuzzy blankets. He was fascinated with watches and always wanted a new one until the day he was given his brother-in-law's watch; after that he never asked for another.
Uncle Jerry understood Heaven, God, and prayer and he knew that there would be a lot of friends and loved ones waiting for him to sit at the right hand of God. He is survived by his four nephews: Ron (Tammie), David (Thanh), Gary (Timothy) and Kevin (Peggie). He is predeceased by his parents and twin brother Jim Kreitner as well as his sister Marlene Kreitner Kinder and her husband Florin Kinder.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Gerald Kreitner to the Abode Hospice Home in San Antonio, Tx the link is below.
Uncle Jerry is at peace now and resting with the angels.
