There are no words that truly explain the love we have for our son or the pain of losing him. Even though our time with Grayson was far too short, he changed our lives forever. From the moment he was born, he gave us purpose. He made us stronger. He made us better. He filled our home with love, excitement, and a joy we had never known before.
Grayson had the sweetest, most contagious smiles, a curious little spirit, and the most peaceful long naps. We will forever cherish every cuddle, every look, every second we were blessed to spend with him. While we were not prepared to say goodbye so soon, we are eternally grateful that God chose us to be his parents, even if only for a short while.
We will carry our son in our hearts every single day for the rest of our lives.
Grayson is survived by his loving parents, Tristin Allen and Kaden Mullins; his grandparents, Scotty and Amy Allen, Donald and Melissa Mullins, and Joedy Branch; and his great-grandparents, Mike and Tammie Zuniga, Dale and Jenna Logan, JR and Kathy Mashburn, Dollie Mullins, Linda Stewart, and David Davis.
He is also loved and remembered by many aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
