Hudson Kyle Wade

Hudson Kyle Wade, age 11, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 4, 2016 following a courageous battle with leukemia. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Southern Hills Church of Christ, 3666 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79605.

Hudson was born July 2, 2004 in Rowlett, TX. He was an active, intelligent and caring young man, excelling at baseball, swimming, snow skiing, Minecraft and mathematics. Hudson loved school and was a 5th grader at Abilene Christian School. Most importantly, Hudson loved the Lord, his family and his many, many friends.

Preceding Hudson in death was his maternal grandmother, Sue Duff. Survivors include his parents, Kirk and Laura Wade; siblings, Grant, Halle and Caroline; grandparents, Jim and Lupina Duff and Tommy and Charlotte Wade; aunts and uncles, Jason and Ashlee Duff, Brian and Shawna Hutcherson and Kyle and Jennifer Wade; special “aunts and uncles”, Betsy Holloway and David and Jana Spraberry; first cousins, Knox, Jude and Avyn Duff; Sam, Jase, Hayes and Max Hutcherson; Morgan, Brock, Ellee and Brooks Wade; and a host of other relatives and friends.
