Judy was born on August 3, 1941 in Winters, Texas to Ephraim Bardin and Evelyn (Wood) Bardin Long. She enjoyed celebrating and decorating for the holidays, birthdays, shopping, arts and crafts, and playing Bingo. She shared many special times with her great-nephews, Brent and Dylan Bardin. Together they would decorate the eggs at Easter and she was thrilled to participate in the Easter egg hunt festivities. Looking at Christmas lights, sharing stories and Sunday meals were also favorites that brought her such joy. We will miss our Judy!
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jerre Bardin, and great-nephew Kyle Naro.
She is survived by brother, Jimmy Bardin and wife Margie of Abilene; nephews Todd Bardin and wife Carmel of Florida, Brad Bardin and wife Emily of Abilene, Andy Bardin and wife Gretal of Rockport, and Shawn Bardin and wife Laura of California; nieces, Shelly Naro and husband Eddie of Corpus Christi, Noel Bardin of Dallas, Laney Pittman and husband Scott of College Station, and Kolby Manning and husband Kyle of Austin; also many cousins, great-nephews and nieces, and her Mesa Springs family.
The family wishes to thank the caregivers of Hendrick Hospice and the staff and caregivers of Mesa Springs Healthcare Center for the compassion and care Judy received.
