Lena Floy Moore, 90, of Roby and formerly of Abilene, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025 in Jayton. She was born on February 10, 1935 in Roby to the late Wayne Pursley and Floy Lou Headstream Pursley.
On January 16, 1982 she married Arthur Eugene Moore. He preceded her death. Mrs. Moore was an active member of Elmwood West Methodist Church in Abilene until her health started to fail. She served as a Pink Lady at Abilene hospitals and was an avid seamstress.
She is survived by a step-daughter, Gina Totty and husband Troy; nephews, Dwaine Rivers and wife Judith, Kevin Rivers and Joe Wayne Bryan and wife Shelly; niece, Melissa Yost; 5 great nieces, 1 great nephew, 1 great-great niece and 1 great-great nephew.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Elmwood Memorial Park in Abilene with James Potter officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home in Abilene.
