Marsha was born on August 15, 1951 in Great Bend, KS to the late Harry B. and Leatha K. (Woodward) Hacke. At a young age her family moved to the Houston area where she was raised. Marsha obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began a rewarding career in the nursing field. She worked in numerous roles throughout hospitals in central and west Texas. During this busy time of her growing career she became a mother to her three children. She met a fellow nursing student, Mike Carter and they were married on July 28, 1990. They were devoted to one another and renewed their vows on May 1, 1998. Marsha’s career took a new turn and she went into Holistic Nursing and being a nutritional consultant.
