Rebecca "Becky" Rodriguez

Rebecca “Becky” Rodriguez, 76, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013 in a local care center. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 2nd, 2013 in the Ross Cemetery Annex in Baird, Texas, with Rev. Paul Mata officiating, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Becky was born February 12, 1937 in Tye, Texas, the daughter of Felipe and Maria DeJesus Castanada Rodriguez. Survivors include her son, Juan Garcia and his wife Sheila; daughter, Mary Esther Garcia; brother, Juan Rodriguez; sister, Mollie Gaeta; and her granddaughter, Rachel Diane Garcia.

Becky loved her cats; Elvis Presley; and enjoyed going to Sears Sr. Citizen Center where she loved playing Bingo.

Pallbearers will be, Juan Garcia, David Rodriguez, Grabiel Rodriguez, Rudy Rodriguez, Zeke Rodriguez and Ray Ramos.
