I will be praying for your family, Nicole. Your husband helped me out 2 years ago when I was visiting home and had no idea on where to get a few things for my deployed husband's care package. His hospitality was unforgettable and the display of love for the Corps was unwavering. I am proud to have met him and appreciate what he did for our country.

Rest easy, Gunnery Sergeant.
