Dee,

I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. Everytime we talked about your dad, your face would light up and I know that you loved him so much. He knew you loved him too. It has been a tough year for loss, but I know that your memories will fulfill the void in your heart. Don't think of the time that you lost being with him in the end, think of the great times you had with him. My heart and prayers go out to you and having Ali by your side will surely help.
Let Carol and I know when the memorial service is in the spring.
Love you.. Martha

So sorry to hear about this. Bob was a mentor to me and my wife, Dianne, during our time at FBC Abilene. Sought out for his advice, admired for his creativity and awed (and sometimes feared!) for his pranks, he was the mentor any young minister would be lucky to have. Praying for Betty and the family.

Love this photo of Bob that you've chosen as the obituary portrait. This is exactly how I remember him - fired up and joyful. I also remember his intense thoughtfulness, his wise counsel, and his sincere caring. I will never forget him.
