Victoria Paz Cruz

Victoria Cruz, age 74 of Abilene Tx, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Monday, October 22nd at St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church with burial following at Cedar Gap Cemetery in Tuscola. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 6 to 8pm on Sunday evening with a rosary at 6pm at Elliott Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory St. Victoria was born on October 16, 1944 to Leandro and Santos Paz in San Antonio Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Santos Carrion, and brother Henry Paz. Victoria will be lovingly remembered by her six children, Sara Salinas (Danny Windham), Daniel (Salina) Salinas, Alex Salinas, Cecilia Damian (Francisco), Sandra Villarreal (Royal), and Alexandra Martinez (Fernando), two brothers; Lee and Ralph Paz, fourteen grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hendrick Hospice.
