With the heaviest hearts, we announce the passing of precious baby boy, Zy’air Armani Castillo, on May 7, 2026.
Zy’air was born on May 7, 2026, in Abilene to his loving mother, Destiny M. Castillo. From the moment he entered this world, he was cherished beyond words.
Zy’air is survived by his mother, Destiny; his sisters, Zelaiya Collins, Zaniya Smith, and Zaylee Tapia; his brother, Zaydrian Smith; his loving grandparents, Freddy Castillo and Jessica Castillo; his uncle, Jesse Castillo; his aunt, Heaven Castillo; and numerous cousins and extended family members who already loved him dearly.
He was welcomed into Heaven by his great-grandmother, Josephine Florez.
Although Zy’air’s life was far too short, the love for him will last forever. He will always be remembered, forever cherished, and deeply missed by all who held him close in their hearts.
