Brian was a kind and generous man whom I thought of as a second father and will miss dearly. My sincere condolences to Dorothy (Big Mumma), Markie, Matt and Lara. God bless you all. May your hearts always be filled with loving memories of a truly wonderful man.

Dorothy, Norm, Vivian and Julie: So very sorry for your loss - I remember you all growing up in Acton and the Smith family was a prominent influence on my life along with the friendships we formed.  I went to High School with Dorothy ......Time marches on but our memories last forever. My deepest sympathy....my mom, Margie Patterson, thought very highly of Brian when they worked for the garage, and I enjoyed dropping by and speaking with him. So many years ago, but one favourite memory is when Brian and the other guys found a stray black kitten who became my dad's cat (and mine). Brian was a kind a solid person, even as a young man. May your memories be a special comfort at this time.
