Peacefully passed in his sleep at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital
on Monday, June 1, 2015. Predeceased by his wife Anne (2004).
Loving father of Terry (Terri), Laurie (Joe) and Lynda (Bill).
He will be fondly remembered as “Papa Jack” by his
grandchildren; Kyla, Aaron and Ryan.
He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.
The funeral service will be held at the
MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton
on Monday June 8, 2015 at 11 a.m.
Cremation has taken place.
