Jack (Jake) Perry Mackenzie age 77, will be missed by his sister Margaret,
nephew Sandy (Sarah), niece Becky (Dave), and his great nieces and nephews; Emilynn, Grayson, Hugh Cohen, and Ainsley. Jack will fondly be remembered by many friends and neighbours in Acton.
A funeral service was held on December 12, 2021,
at Mackinnon Family Funeral Home, Acton.
