Passed peacefully at Georgetown hospital Saturday, February 27, 2016 surrounded by his immediate family. He will be sadly missed by his son Jason, Daughters Julie (Rob) and Kerri, Grandchildren Markus and Amber and his loyal companion Charlie, the family dog. He is survived by his brothers Tony (Therese), John (Cheryl) and Peter (Jean). Phil eagerly welcomes reuniting with the love of his life Jeanette,
