Verna Emerald Murray Smith

She was the beloved wife of Murray Cameron Smith (1994).

She is survived by her loving children: Beverley Claire Cooper (Frank) of St. Catharines and Murray Cameron Smith (Linda) of Acton, cherished grandmother of: Trevor Christian Cooper (Christine) and Claire-Noelle Gregory (George) nd “G G” of Rachel and Benjamin Cooper and Noelle and Victoria Gregory.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. A special thank-you to her niece Carol Petty.

The family wishes to express their appreciation to her long-time caregiver, Marisol Bosca for her love and care and to Dr. Paul Minc for his considerate care.

The family will receive friends at The MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Tuesday, October 18th from 7-9 p.m.

The funeral service will be conducted in the “Shoemaker Chapel” by The Rev. Ralph Neil on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.

Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery
