Until the day comes to enter that great beyond, we do the best we can with the trials presented to us. To live completely and sneak a smile when we can. To pursue our art with passion and treat others with kindness. Today, we are united in grief, yet these words are a celebration of life. I cannot list all the things in life my mother accomplished or the names of all the people she touched along the way. I don’t need to her legacy speaks for itself.
Alice Eda Montijo is survived by her two children Ryan Robert Williford, Dixie Ann Williford. Her five grandchildren Andrea Alegria, Bella Williford, Mannix Smith, Alicia Smith, and Jackson Williford. Her two sisters Stacy Derepentigny and Catherine Poole. Her two aunts Nann Ivey and Rose Martin. Her boyfriend, Terry McVey, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
