Barb wants you to know that her work here is done. She's done the best she can to fulfill the requirements of this job and has enjoyed it immensely. She loved teaching and all of her little kids; and loving the friends and the family she was blessed with - sisters, brother, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and mostly her husband and adored son wasn't a job but a joy.
Now, she has been given a new assignment that requires her to relocate for a long term position. She'll be joining countless friends and family that she hasn't seen in a very long time. A raucous reunion party is scheduled. The job comes with many benefits: endless gardening in always perfect weather, infinite access to books and hours to read, Manhattans flowing from fountains, and all the food you can eat with zero calories!
She has requested that you stop and have a drink in honor of her promotion. Her family knows that she'll do her best to keep in touch and that after a brief pause to cry a bit, she expects them all to carry on in the spirit of adventure!
