Our Mother was such a loving caring individual who was very dedicated to her family. She was an amazing women and one of the best Mother’s anyone could have. She had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed by her family. She greeted everyone with her beautiful smile and happy spirit. Everyone who came to know her and be a part of her life she adopted as family and so many adopted her during her long blessed journey through life. Many of our children’s friends were a big part of her life as well. She always had words of wisdom mentoring them along the way. Everyone who met her called her Nani. She welcomed everyone into her home with open arms. There was always something cooking. Lots of wonderful smells coming from her Italian Kitchen (Cucina). Her delicious Spaghetti & Meatballs, Homemade buns/bread or Pizza, and her fabulous bake goods. If you stopped she would fill her table with a banquet of food and then out came the coffee pot which she put on to brew. She loved her coffee. She never let you leave without a take home bag. She was a terrific cook/baker and continued all the Italian Traditions she learned from her grandmother Mumuzia and her mother along with our Father’s family. They were all wonderful homemakers dedicated to their family and fabulous cooks/bakers.
A special heartfelt thank you to the staff who cared for her during her stay at Falls Village Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Facility and to the staff who cared for her from Traditions Hospice.
We Love You, Our Beautiful Mother, Buonanotte, Rest In Peace
