Bob, Renee, and Al.
I cannot express in words the sadness I felt when I heard of your Mother's passing.
She was always extremely nice to me and I thought of her as my second mother. Both of your parents,I believe,had a positive affect on my life and I will never forget them.

My heart is broken. 
I loved her like she was my own Grandmother. 
I've known Mrs. Gross for 17 years. 
And every time she'd yell at me and say,
"Clara, my name is Clara."
But, for someone reason I always wanted to call her Mrs. Gross. I had such respect for her.
She has met all 5 of my babies right after they came home from the hospital. She was so good to my kids. I sometimes can't remember my kid's birthday's but Mrs. Gross would never miss one and there would be a card in the mailbox for each birthday every year. She would always call the kids over to give them treats that she would pick up at the store especially for them.She was so amazing and funny with them. My kids would go over to visit her and always hug her because they wanted to see if they had grown taller than her which was always a joke between her and the kids.
It was at the end of last year my petite 9 year old was finally taller than Mrs. Gross.
Mrs. Gross thought it was something to celebrate so they sat at the kitchen table drinking Root beer and eating cookies to celebrate this milestone.
When she would make pizzelles Bobby would always deliver some to our house because she knew my husband loved them.
I eventually bought a pizzelle maker and she taught me how to make them. There still not as good as hers. 
I have so many wonderful memories of her. So many incredible stories she shared with me. 
I will miss her terribly, but not one day will go bye that I won't think of her or have a smile on my face because of some silly phrase she would say like,
"I had nothing to do with it, take it up with the Lord."
