Dorothy L Huston

She's preceded in death by her husband of 66 years John Huston. She leaves behind children: Janice Larkin (Frank), Diane Bailey (Paul - deceased), Donald Huston (Cinder), Carol Weiner, John Huston (Cheryl); she will also be missed by grandchildren: Christine Frost, Bret and Brady Stalnaker, Autumn Sharpnack, Jennifer Morrison, John Huston, Robby and Kenny Weiner, Carrie Braun, Jaime Misuriello, Barbara Green, Jamie House, Donald Huston, Melanie Heffelman, Phil, Dennis, Mike and Tim Bailey, Teresa Watkins, Tammy Hofer. Additionally, she leaves numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

Dorothy was an avid reader and role model for five generations. After being denied her diploma in error in 1941, Dorothy received her official high school diploma in 2016 on her 93rd birthday which was presented to her by the Akron superintendent of schools and was featured on her favorite news show 'World News Tonight with David Muir'.

She will be welcomed into heaven by her husband John, son-in-law Paul Bailey, grandson Bryan Stalnaker, granddaughter Kelsey Weiner, great granddaughter Kati Morrison and her beloved cat Phil. Heartfelt thanks also to Barb Schade.
