Edwin A. (Ted) Schneider Jr., age 85, of Medina, passed away on April 5, 2013. He was born on Jan. 21, 1928 in Akron, Ohio to Edwin Sr. and Lillian (nee LeClerq) Schneider, both deceased. Edwin is survived by Gloria (nee Tann) Schneider, his beloved wife of 62 years; children Mark (Lynn) Schneider, Gretchen (Michael) Nahas and Gail Schneider; grandchildren Michael Russell, William Edwin and Robert Leland. He was proud to have served in the US Army Korean Conflict. He worked in General Marketing for the chemical division of PPG Industries. Ted dearly loved his family, friends and dogs. He was an avid golfer and past president of Rustic Hills Country Club.
