Howard W. “Bill” Lego age 86, passed away April 4, 2014. A proud United States Army Veteran of WWII and proud Lieutenant Colonel of the Ohio Military Reserve, Bill was the devoted husband of the late Jeannine (nee: Charlton) and loving father of Sheryl “Sherry” Cottle, Cindy (Jack) Gibson and Howard III “Bill”. He was a dear grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 10.
Bill was a member of the VFW and loved his country, a longtime resident of Tallmadge, he moved to Cuyahoga Falls five years ago.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Howard and Edna, daughter in-law; Andrea and son in-law; Fred Cottle.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 8, 2pm at the CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME 3653 West Market St. Fairlawn, where family will receive friends from 12 noon until time of services.
Fr. James J. Marsick will be officiating.
Entombment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park.
