Patricia A Marlin Macdonald

Preceded in death by her parents James and Sarah Marlin.

Survived by her husband of 62 years, Howard D. Macdonald, and her children Guy (Sandy), Craig (Kimberly), and beloved grandchild Ian.

Patricia met Howard at Grove City College in Pennsylvania, longtime member of Montrose Zion United Methodist Church and served as financial secretary and in the bell choir. Member and past president of the Fairlawn City Garden Club, member of Fairlawn Women’s Club and Akron City Women’s Club. Served as the shorthand and typing teacher at Williamson High School in Tioga, PA.; avid bridge player and a member of various organizations in Fairlawn, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Montrose Zion United Methodist Church.

Family will receive friends on Friday, December 1st from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Rose Hill Funeral Home 3653 W Market St. Akron, Ohio 44333. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 2nd at 1:00 PM in the Montrose Zion United Methodist Church 565 N Cleveland-Massillion Rd, Akron, OH 44333. Entombment Rose Hill Burial Park.
