Survived by her daughters Delaine (Bob), Kim (Jeff), Lee Ann (Jamie); grandchildren Halana, Robert, Drew, Christina, Heather, Lauren and David; great-granddaughters Leah and Olivia; and sister Judy.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years James; and sister Barbara Lee.
Phyllis was born and raised in Alabama and with her husband loved rooting for ‘Bama’ football, “ROLL TIDE”!
