She was born November 25, 1931, in Akron, Ohio, to parents Frank and Adele (Aiuto) Pisciotta. Rosaria was proud of her Italian heritage and the life that her parents’ were able to provide her. She deeply loved her family, and family was always a priority in her life. Rosaria was very generous to her children and grandchildren, always willing to provide support when needed.
She enjoyed traveling, especially her Mediterranean cruise, always wanting to get herself back to Italy. Rosaria loved watching classic movies and Broadway plays. She was a great story teller who had a knack for making you feel like you were a part of the story she was telling. Rosaria was also a terrific cook and made sure that everyone in the family received her homemade raviolis for their birthdays.
Rosaria was a kind, loving, caring, and sharing person who never met someone she didn’t like. She is survived by her children: Steven Shullo, Loretta Mercer, Paul (Melanie) Shullo, Kenneth Shullo, and Carol (Mark) Bray; and her sister-in-law Louise Swallow. Her memory will also be cherished by her grandchildren: Sarah (Joshua) Bates, Michael Shullo, Amy Shullo, Lindsay Shullo, Brian Shullo, and Ashley Bray, as well as her great-grandson Bradley.
Rosaria was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dr. William Rogers, and her daughter Rita Williams.
