Allen Wiseman

He was born October 29, 1926 in Browns to Harry and Edna (Marriott) Wiseman. He married Ruth Hocking on February 28, 1948 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, and she preceded him in death on February 25, 2014.

Allen was a farmer and a lifelong resident of Browns.

He is survived by three daughters: Beverly (David) Simms of Albion, Glenna (Mike) Simms of Albion, and Connie (Kent) Ingrum of The Villages, Florida; one son, Marvin (Lori) Wiseman of Browns; one sister, Marilyn Fieber of Grayville, Illinois, two sisters-in-law: Lois Wiseman and Myrtle Hocking, both of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; seven grandchildren: Gina Simms, John Simms, Amanda Simms, Adrienne Sexton, Meghan Fearn, Katie Case, and Nicholas Wiseman; and sixteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brother Ivan Wiseman, and sister Doris Johnson.

A private burial at Graceland Cemetery was held.
