Delores Colleen McKinney

Delores was born on April 2, 1948 in Mt. Erie to Russell and Lillie (Troyer) Yohe.

She married Norman McKinney on June 11, 1966 in Mt. Erie.

Delores loved her family and had a large part in the upbringing of her four grandsons, who were her pride and joy. Although she enjoyed traveling and taking cruises; her story began and continued her entire life in Mt. Erie, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish memories of great times with her, are her husband, Norman, daughter and son- in- law, Tina and William Stopher, son and daughter- in-law, Nick and Samantha McKinney, sister, Donna and husband David Pipher, brother, Marshall and wife Phyllis Yohe, all of Mt. Erie.

Also surviving are those cherished grandkids: Donovan and wife, Leah Stopher of Greenup, IL, Dalen Stopher, Daniel Stopher and Nathan McKinney, all of Mt. Erie.

A graveside service will be held at Travers Cemetery in rural Mt. Erie at 10AM on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Immediately following will be a Celebration of Life to be held downstairs at the Mt. Erie Church of the Nazarene.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorials be given to the Mt. Erie Church of the Nazarene Youth Group.
