

Ida was born February 12, 1947 in Albion, Illinois to Hardy and Della (Daniels) Lee. She married LaVern Baxter on March 14, 1969 in Albion, and he survives.
She was an excellent cook, and known to be a very compassionate, giving person. She had a lively sense of humor, and thoroughly enjoyed practical jokes.
Ida is survived by her husband LaVern of Albion; two daughters: Anna Dazzo and Michelle Piller, both of Albion; two brothers: Earl Lee of Albion and Hardy (Fran) Lee, Jr. of Burnt Prairie, Illinois; three grandchildren: Angel Owen, Joshua Baxter, and Alexis Piller; and one great-granddaughter, Parker Marie Baxter. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters: Rita Lee and Becky Campbell; and one brother, James Lee.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, October 21 at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 22 at the funeral home with burial to follow at East Antioch Cemetery in Burnt Prairie.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Albion with envelopes available at the service.
