

He was born on March 2nd, 1926 in Monmouth, IL. a son of James and Elizabeth (Palmer) Weisenberger. He married Eleanor Irene Campbell July 26th, 1945 at Fairfield, Illinois. He was a retired oilfield worker for Southern Triangle and was a veteran of WW2.
He was a member of the 1st Apostolic Church of Mt. Carmel, IL. and served as elder. James was a man of few words but when he did speak he had something to say. He also loved his family dearly.
Survivors include his wife Eleanor of Mt. Carmel, IL; 4 daughters Sue (Rev. Paul) McGee of Mt. Carmel, IL, Brenda (Darwin) Williams of Murray, KY, Sharon (Jim) Courtade of Port Allen, LA and Debbie (Larry) Cumbee of Hickory, KY; 2 sisters Naydean Deom of Carmi, IL. and Ethel Wilkes of Olney, IL. and 1 brother Lavon “Chick” Weisenberger of West Salem, IL. and several grand, great grand and great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Kenny, 1 sister Verna McKinney and 1 great grandchild and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday December 30th, 2014 at the Ingram Funeral Home in Albion, Illinois with burial to follow at Samaria Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7pm Monday December 29th, 2014 at the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by the Ingram Funeral Home of Albion, Illinois.
