Robert Dale "Bob" Powell

He was born June 25, 1949 in Albion to James William and Geneva (Morphis) Powell. He married Donna Walker on April 13, 1979 in Carmi, Illinois, and she survives.

Bob attended the House of Prayer, and was in the fabrication department at Champion Labs. He deeply loved his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, and everything about motorcycles and riding. He was a collector of guns and knives, and loved ice cream no matter the flavor!

He is survived by his wife, Donna of Albion; one daughter, Stephanie Crisp, of Fairfield, Illinois; one son, Brian and wife Courtney Powell of Albion; four brothers: Tom Powell of St. Petersburg, Florida, Bill and wife Carolyn Powell of Olney, Illinois, Charles and wife Patty Powell of Albion, and Ronnie Powell of Albion; and four grandchildren: Dallas, Leo Miciah, Keylie, and Robbie. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: James and Dennis; one sister, Nancy; and one granddaughter, Kristina Rose.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion. Funeral will be held Friday, June 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow in Graceland Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the House of Prayer Missions Fund, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
