Arlene Mae Taylor

Arlene Mae (Zachow) Taylor, age 90 of Homer, Michigan passed away Friday, March 30, 2012 at Tendercare in Marshall, Michigan. She was born, 1921 in Litchfield, Michigan to Charles and Ethel Zachow. In 1939 she married Roland Taylor who preceded her in death in 1991.

Arlene graduated from Litchfield High School in 1935. She worked at the Gale Manufacturing Company. She also worked for 25 years at Felpausch Food Center in Albion, Michigan. She enjoyed all of her family very much. She loved helping her husband on the farm and traveling with him.

She is survived by:

Son –Robert (Ruth) Taylor of Homer

Grandsons- Robert (Annette) Taylor of Homer

Jeff Taylor of Homer

Great Grandchildren- Heather Taylor, Ashley Taylor, Tanner Taylor and Tyler Taylor all of Homer

Many Nieces and Nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Roland, brother Victor Zachow.

Visitaion will be Monday, April 1, 2012 from 6-8 pm. at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home on 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 11:00 am. At the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home on 811 Finley Drive, Albion, MI 49224. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Homer, Michigan.
