Betty Jane Jacobs age 92 of Albion passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice in Jackson. Betty was born in Eaton County on September 29, 1929 the daughter of Frederick and Minnie (Gawthrop) Rockey.
Betty was a Springport High School Graduate and was employed with McGraw Edison. She was united in marriage to Bruce V. Jacobs on June 30, 1951 and he preceded her in death.
In addition to her husband, Bruce, Betty was also preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings (12). She is survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11AM at Albion Memory Gardens, Albion. The family is being served by J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Dr., Albion.
