Bobby went to rest with the Lord Friday, January 27, 2017 at the age of 73. He was born on April 18, 1943 in Floyd County, Kentucky. He leaves behind his loving wife of 45 years, Linda (Caudill) Hall. They were united in marriage on March 11, 1971 in Virginia.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Josie (Johnson) Hall and two brothers Jackie and James Hall.
Bobby was the most hardworking man I know. He was the “go to person” for all in need whether it be friends or family. Working on and restoring old cars were his passion. He shared this love and passed it on to his grandsons with frequent days of adventure at his pole barn. His other passion was spending time with family. He always looked forward to all the family celebrations and journeys to Kentucky to visit loved ones.
He loved to drive, whether it be to Kentucky, out west, or on the job. Bobby enjoyed truck driving and was employed with Dowding Industries in Eaton Rapids until his retirement in 2011.
In addition to his loving wife of 45 years, Bobby leaves to cherish his memory, his children: Bobby Gene (Heidi) Hall Jr., Michele (Jeff) Laney, Deena (Scott ) Bunce, Chiquita (Brad) Hamilton, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, siblings: Paul (Janet) Hall, Sue Little, Jeanette Merrill, Wilma (Raymond) Woods, Wanda (Ken) Reamsma, Emma (Mike) Ford, Darlene Campbell-Hamblin and Tim (Lorrie) Hall.
Bobby’s family celebrated his life on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 1PM at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Dr., Albion with burial at Albion Memory Gardens. Visitation was held at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 11AM until the service time at 1PM.
Dad, rest on ‘til we meet again in the beautiful glory of heaven. We will all miss you beyond words! Your Daughter, Chiquita and Family.
