Christine Coney

She was a homemaker who resided in Albion for many years where she raised her family. Christine was loved and will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband, Willie V. Coney, and brothers Willie J. Wilson Jr. and Eddie Wilson.

Christine is survived by daughters Karen Coney and Sharon Murphy, sons Willie (Lois) Coney II, Lorin (Barbara) Coney, Dwight (Veronica) Coney, Joseph Coney and Talbert Coney; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with extended family and many, many friends.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 12:00 PM, at Bethel Baptist Church, 523 Washington Street, Albion, with Pastor Fred H. Alexander officiating. Interment will be at Albion Memory Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00PM at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224.
