Don and his late wife Joyce were a great blessing to myself and my family while we were all members of Cookes Prairie Baptist Church in Homer, Mi. He and Joyce just blended so well together, he was just so devastated with her passing, I know that we all did our best to be there for him afterwards, but when you lose the other half of your team in more ways than can be said here, then it's just plain hard. Our hearts hurt for Don because in a way we lost a part/piece also. Don was a giving giving man whose faith in God was first and foremost in his life, he seemed happiest when he was praising the one that had saved him.
I can only say that by myself and our family, Don is missed, but he is rejoicing with his Lord and Joyce. Praise the Lord! 😊
