Donna is survived by her beloved children Adriana (Erwin Jackson) Fulps, Jermanueal Fulps, and Angelicka Fulps; loving grandmother of 16; cherished daughter to Offie Fulps; sister to Tina Keltner, Tammy Fulps, and Donald (Tina) Fulps, Jr.; aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father Donald Fulps, Sr.
Donna loved walking and occasional casino visits. She loved being with her family. She will be forever remembered by her family and friends.
