Dorothy May Locke

Charlotte, Michigan. She was born May 30, 1919 to Charles and Hattie (Nicholis) Sebastian in

Springport, Michigan. On February 9, 1945 she married Ralph Locke Sr. who preceded her on December 14, 2004.

Dorothy spent most of her life in Albion. She was a wonderful baker and a great cook. Dorothy

loved going to the U.P. spending (50+ years) much of the time at the “cabin” together with Ralph.

She also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Sons- David (Carol) Locke

Ralph E. (Teresa) Locke, Jr.

Daughters- Sharon Kay (Floyd) Cooper

Joanne (Dale) Baum

Grandchildren-Michelle, Nicole (Mitch), David Jr., Lisa, Charles (Kaity), Stacy, Erik (Amy), Aaron

Great Grandchildren- Jake, Sadie, Madison, LuLu Ryann, Maddux, Luke, Gibson, Ripken, Ellyee, Charlie, Daschel, Briella

Numerous Nieces and Nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ralph Sr., son- Gary, 12 brothers and sisters.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 4:00 – 8:00PM at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 22nd at 11:00AM at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Mason officiating. Interment will follow at Springport Cemetery.
