Elizabeth "Lizzie" Arlene Benjamin

Elizabeth Arlene (Crawford) Benjamin “Lizzie’ age 78 of Lansing, MI passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Sparrow Hospital. She was born January 29, 1944 in Albion, MI to Hosie and Arlene Crawford. She was raised in Albion, Michigan. She graduated from Washington Gardner High School in 1962. She moved to Lansing, Michigan in 1966. Lizzie worked at Oldsmobile General Motors for 32 ½ years, retiring in 1999. Lizzie is lovingly remembered by her three children: Lisa Benjamin, Kimberly Benjamin and Brian Benjamin, grandsons Ke’Sean Benjamin, Anthony Romphf and Jamir Benjamin; brother Herman (Marilyn) Crawford of Mound Minnesota and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Hosie and Arlene Crawford, sister Elaine Crawford and brother Hosie Crawford.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, MI 49224. Family hour Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and funeral 11:00 a.m. at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home. Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery in Albion, MI.
