Gregory graduated from Albion High School in 2001 and from Michigan State University in 2006. Gregory loved MSU and was a true Spartan whose blood was truly green. Kendra and Gregory grew up in a single parent household. They were taught about God and had to attend bible study, choir practice, Sunday School, etc. you name it, they had to do it. So, at a very young age they learned to be respectful, honest and responsible, traits that he carried with him his entire life. They had an unbreakable bond that could never be broken and although he was younger than her, he was always her protector, her biggest supporter, and her biggest cheerleader.
Gregory was a great cook, a great dancer and motivated all who encountered him. Gregory loved his family very much and every one of them had a special place in his heart. Gregory will be remembered for his infectious smile, his love for those crazy character socks, his detail to his dress to impress, his loving, kind spirit and the unconditional love he had for LaFarris, his family and his friends.
Gregory met the love of his life, LaFarris Hairston in 2008 and after dating several years, they were united in marriage in August of 2018. Gregory and LaFarris held a loving, caring and prosperous relationship.
On July 29, 2022, LaFarris and Gregory bought their first home together, and have since then nurtured it into a welcoming family home. Gregory and LaFarris undying love for one another was felt by all who encountered them.
