Irma Jean Slone age 75 of Albion passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, November 14, 2021 under the loving care of her family and hospice. She was born on September 11, 1946 in Martin, Kentucky the daughter of Jody and Ruby (Berkley) Howell and they precede her in death.
Irma was united in marriage to Rudolph Slone in December of 1962 and he preceded her in death on November 18, 2020 after almost 58 years of marriage. Irma loved watching Christmas movies, reading Harlequin Romance novels and gambling, especially at the casino.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children Brian Slone, Cathy (James) Patton, Darren Slone, Scott (Bonnie) Slone, Charles McGonigle. 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and a sister, Rosie Meechum.
According to her wishes, cremation will take place and a service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
