I worked with and for Larry for close to 20 years in the Postal Service. He was the best man to work for, and would go out of his way to help those need or less fortunate. He always had a kind word and will be missed by many who knew and admired him.

Larry was the creator and force behind the Ergonomic Risk Reduction Process at USPS. As a result of his tireless efforts and his ERRRP team 10's of thousands of postal workers did not get injured at work. He'll be greatly missed.

Best memories- eating pan rabbit with Larry at grandma and grandpa Elyeas home in Marshall, Mi. Most recently, sharing a video with him of his grandaughter Aeyle praying before a meal,..he was so delighted!
