Linda Lou Holsinger

Linda Lou Holsinger, age 78 of Homer passed away December 16, 2023 at Laurels of Coldwater. She was born September 11, 1945 the daughter of William and Marjorie Carrey and they precede her in death. She is also preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Linda was united in marriage to the love of her life, Steve “Doc” Holsinger on December 17, 1994 after being together for 13 years. They almost celebrated 29 years of marriage as she sadly passed away the day before their anniversary. Between dating and marriage, she and Doc were together 42 years. Linda was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished her family. She also loved to go dancing in her younger years, fishing, and she and Doc enjoyed playing BINGO and going for motorcycle rides.

Besides her loving husband, Doc, Linda was survived by their 6 children: Noah Brockman, Robin Sherman, Darren Brockman, Tracy (Doug) Bonter, Juanita Bogart, Lanita Centers, 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public services at this time.
