Lucille worked with my late mother, Jan Collins, at JCPenney. Mom was so very fond of her and they enjoyed each other’s company and laughed lots together. I remember Lucille when, as a child, I would go in to JCP - she was such a kind and happy woman. My sympathy to her family on her passing. RIP Lucille.
