Mildred enjoyed playing Bingo, tending her flower garden, doing crafts, snowmobiling, camping, playing games with her kids and putting together puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Gary (Pam) Wintersteen and Bonnie (David) Swan; eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Wintersteen; son, Rickie Lee Wintersteen; parents, John Ryan and Imoge Boyles; siblings, George Ryan, Katie Moore, Ellen Ostrander, Russel Ryan, and a great-granddaughter, Rebecca Hall.
Services for Mildred will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, MI 49224. Visitation will take place 12PM – 1PM followed by the funeral service at 1PM. She will be laid to rest at Albion Memory Gardens, Albion, MI.
Memorial contributions can be made in Mildred's memory to Oaklawn Hospice.
