Ronald Carl Wochholz

Age 79 passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at Eaton Community Palliative Care. Ron was born September 7, 1935 in Albion the son of Carl and Charlotte (Smolark) Wochholz. His parents precede him in death. Ron married Alice Parks in Albion on September 15, 1961 and she survives. Also surviving is their daughter, Dawn Hernandez and grandson, Nicholas Hernandez. Ron was a lifetime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church as well as a member of the Antique Radio Club. He thoroughly enjoyed working in his yard and mowing with his riding mower. Ron’s hobbies included collecting things such as antique radios, coins, stamps and albums. He had a great love for music and enjoyed all genres. His family will celebrate his life on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Dennis Matyas officiating at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 100 Luther Blvd., Albion, MI. The family will receive friends for visitation at the church 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday as well as on Monday, April 27th from 4-6 P.M. at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, MI. Interment will take place at Albion Memory Gardens.
